SPECIAL NOTES

  • Marriott Corporate Passport and Spa Pop Up will be located at Union Station
  • All shipments must arrive no earlier than Monday, 7/31/17* Pallet shipments are not advised
  • Expected number of Marriott Attendees: 75-100; consumer 200+
  • Sponsorship Space will include: 6ft table and 2 chairs (unless otherwise stated in sponsorship agreement)
  • Be sure to bring your own return shipping labels, including your account number (FedEx Ground, FedEx Air, UPS) to ensure your boxes are prepared for pick up after the event.
  • You are required to be present during event hours 2:30pm-9:00pm. Please schedule flights accordingly; a $500 fee will incur if you leave early.
  • All Vendors must RSVP to the Marriott Gala Dinner via the registration form
  • Brands participating in the Marriott Spa Demos will receive additional information via email
