SPECIAL NOTES
- This event will take place at Equinox on Market Street.
- Ship to Arrive by Thursday, July 12th, 2018. Please inform us if you will be shipping a pallet.
- Expected number of Attendees for giveaways: 100-115
- Retail Area will include 4ft banquet table on 5in. risers and linen or a retail shelf.
- Treatment rooms will include linens, towels, hot towel cabby, and massage bed.
- Sponsored swag bag by Live Love Spa (other large bags not permitted).
- Be sure to bring your own return shipping labels, including your account number (FedEx Ground, FedEx Air, UPS) to ensure your boxes are prepared for pick up after the event.
- You are required to be present during event hours 9:00am-6:00pm. Please schedule flights accordingly; a $500 fee will incur if you leave early.
