JOB DESCRIPTION

LaFlore®Live Probiotic Skincare is seeking experienced commission-based Sales Representatives in multiple territories throughout the US.  This person will represent a luxury, natural skin care range that is poised for explosive growth. You will be responsible for acquiring and growing spa and retail business in your territory and helping to achieve and exceed company sales goals.

Job responsibilities include managing and maintaining an excellent business relationship with existing clients, prospecting new customers and growing brand awareness in your territory. Account and staff training, product demonstrations and attending special retail and spa events and promotions are also part of the job.

High commission structure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of professional B2B sales in retail and/or spa industry experience. Having an aesthetic license is an added bonus. Excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and independent team player that thrives on working on your own with minimal supervision and in an entrepreneurial environment. Travel within the territory is required and, in most areas, owning a car is required.

·       Proven experience in new business prospecting (required)

·       Increase sales in existing accounts

·       Train and service established and new accounts

·       Increase profitability of account base

·       Strong industry contacts a plus

·       Experience in Aesthetic or Medical Skin Care sales prefered

·       Aesthetics license a plus

·       Excellent oral and written communications, presentation and education skills

·       Computer Skills (general comfort with Microsoft Office, Google drive and CRM programs)
