We are looking for an individual to join our organization to provide excellent customer service by phone and email. This involves answering customer questions and concerns with speed, courtesy, professionalism, and accuracy.

The individual will conduct activities as a primary customer contact, including order entry, invoicing, order status, returns, and problem resolution.  Serve as liaison between customer support team, warehouse, and management to deliver excellent customer service.

The person in this position must also possess the ability to perform administrative and office support activities and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities includes creation and distribution of management reports, scheduling travel, general office activities and administrative support of field and office personnel.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.

Customer service experience.

Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in Microsoft Nav is a plus.

Experience in Cosmetics is a plus.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Energetic with positive attitude.

Extremely self-motivated to follow through on tasks, requests, and projects.
