National Account Sales Manager

The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for sales performance, merchandising and education for the RevitaLash Cosmetics brand within the assigned territory.

This is a full-time employee position with bonus potential.  This position is Central or East Coast based.


Strategic planning for the overall business, to include development of a sales plan and goal attainment.
Develop a relationship with support departments within the National Accounts to ensure maximum support in all areas.
·       Work in tandem with global marketing to develop strategic marketing plans.

Work with Sales Director to ensure promotional strategy will generate increased sales, and promotions are correctly distributed to maximize sales.
Manage account paperwork, provide marketing material, manage accrual funds.
Facilitate sales trainings and events.
Introduce and educate new product launches.
Develop quarterly plans with accounts to achieve retail sales goals through planning support, events, and training schedules and participation in training and strategy meetings.
Evaluate inventory levels for products when conducting store visits and communicate needs based on account specifications
Constantly evaluate sales results and revise strategy based on successes and challenges
Prospect for new business.

Conduct on-going training on new and existing products based on call cycles. Training formats include formalized off the floor sessions where possible as well as on floor Brand Focus Day trainings
Develop strong relationships with all National Account partners.
Work in tandem with Global Education to push out brand education curriculum
Events and Schedules

Schedule and conduct events in assigned accounts.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic field sales or account coordination roles with experience in product training.
Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required; some college or equivalent (such as Esthetician license).
Should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Must have experience working with National retail accounts.
Have a valid driver’s license and be able to easily commute within territory and willing to travel out of the area for events or meetings.
Should have an energetic, positive and service-oriented personality and be skilled at relationship-building.
Should be passionate about beauty products and implementing brand education and training initiatives.
Must be focused, show excellent attention to detail and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to their work.
Travel requirement 25-30%.
