The Spa Supervisor (“Supervisor/a de Spa”) develops and supervises staff to ensure the highest level of professionalism, gracious service and treatment quality is offered to our guests. Provides a positive, professional appearance and demeanor to our guests. Creates a learning environment by supervising on-going education. Understands various treatment modalities and industry trends. Develops and schedules outdoor Spa related activities. Serves as a liaison with other departments to ensure a seamless business operation. Assists Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager in the hiring, and development of staff. Supervises locker attendants and receptionists. Maintains current credentials and licenses as required by city, county, and state regulatory agencies. Ensures the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation for the department. Ensures the facilities are well maintained. Manages the reservation system effectively. Trains and follows the company’s safety and emergency procedures. Must be able to listen and respond to guest complaints, verbally and in writing. Undertakes other responsibilities as directed.
